Privacy Policy Terms of Service Software Licence Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Updated June 2026

Self-serve purchases

A self-serve licence is one you buy directly through our online checkout, without a signed enterprise agreement. If you buy one and decide it is not the right fit, email support@kanjectbusiness.solutions within 14 days of purchase. We will refund what you paid for that first order — including any modules or environments bought as part of it — minus any non-refundable taxes or payment processor fees we cannot recover.

Renewals and upgrades

Renewals, mid-term upgrades, and any modules or environments you add after that first order are final once processed, unless we made a billing error or your written agreement says otherwise. Cancelling part-way through a paid term stops the next renewal but does not refund the current one — we do not pro-rate unused time. If you catch a mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will correct it.

Enterprise agreements

Enterprise purchases, custom statements of work, proof-of-concept credits, and invoice terms are governed by the signed agreement for that order. Where that agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days once approved — the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider. Your access to paid updates, private feeds, support, and new generator builds may end when the refund is processed; binaries you already shipped remain governed by the licence terms that applied before cancellation.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer or business purchasing law.
